About the position

Are you passionate about helping others and creating positive change in society? We are now looking for a committed and empathetic case officer who wants to be part of our team and contribute to providing people with the help and support they need for a dignified and independent life.

As a case officer with us, you will handle cases in several areas. We work based on a division among the case officers, but since we are a small team, it is important to have a basic knowledge in several areas.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university/YH education with a focus on behavioral science or experience that the employer deems adequate for the assignment.
• Is a good colleague who values collaboration and community.
• Has a flexible attitude and can easily adapt to changing conditions.
• Is structured, independent, and has a genuine commitment to people.

Experience working with LSS is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates who are ready to learn!
